What We Do

GW Coders is a study group that brings together students and faculty to apply computational and data analytics skills in research. Share your favorite coding skills and tools with your friends and faculty in no-pressure work-alongs. Learn about new research projects that you can contribute to. Get together to collaborate on coding projects; helping each other out and sharing your work. Meet new people in your field and across the University -- and find out all that we can get done when we connect.

Regular meetups

For Fall 2024, GW Coders meets on Thursdays at 11:30am to provide a social network for students and faculty. We meet on campus in SEH 2600, and also provide a Zoom link in the calendar for those who can't join in-person.

Add the GW Coders schedule to your calendar to get meet up topics and the link to join virtually.

All our events are open to everyone (i.e. no registration necessary, just show up!). And snack (pizza, bagels, etc.) are provided!

Upcoming meetups!
